its not hard to use the helpdesk

Its really easy to get responds from me at the helpdesk.

Just look for the ticket you opened the first time, Opening a new tickets and not looking at the responds from me, will not be any help and just a waste of time. Open one ticket and keep up with the details, Use correctly working details like your email, or phone number.  These are helpful to make sure it is correct.
